Sit comfortably in an upright position. Retract your neck. Imagine a rod going through your neck from front to back, and slide your head backward along this rod. Only use your neck muscles - don't tilt your back forward or backward. You'll feel your muscles contracting on the front of your neck. Relax and return to the starting position.
